Lavender and Goat Milk Bar Soap

Ingredients:

Base Ingredients:

4 lbs of white melting soap

Rubbing Alcohol

Botanicals:

100g (3 1/2 oz) powdered goat's milk

40g (1 1/2 oz) lavender essential oil

Dried lavender flowers

1. Weigh out the amount of Melt and pour soap base required. Cut up into small chunks to allow for quicker melting.

2. Place the chunks in a small pan and melt slowly on low heat. Heat to around 250 degrees or check the optimum tempreature on the package.

3. Once the soap has melted, you must work quickly to add the goat's milk, essential oil and dried lavender flowers as a skin forms quickly.

4. After all botanicals have been added, pour the melted soap into the molds. Spray the surface of the soap with rubbing alcohol to avoid bubbles.

5. Once hard, you can remove the soaps from the molds and enjoy!

(If your soap does not come out easily, you can place it in the fridge to harden. Then pull away at the sides of the  mold for the soap to come out.)
